Tabitha Sutter
Associate
Tabitha defends teachers, counselors and real-estate licensees, and keeps every file moving between letters.
Tabitha began her career at a state agency’s hearings office, where she watched what happens to a file after the first response is sent. That is why she treats the first response the way she does: as the document the hearing officer will read last, and most carefully.
She represents teachers, school counselors and administrators, and real-estate agents and brokers. She is also the person who keeps a deadline calendar for every client and calls a day early when something is due.

How Tabitha works
Tabitha keeps a one-page timeline for each file, with every date the board, the district or the commission has mentioned. She updates it after every call, and she sends you a copy.
For teachers she asks, first, to see anything you have been asked to sign. For agents and brokers she asks to see the ledger. In both cases, she asks before the other side does.
She bakes bread for the office on Fridays, and everyone is better for it.
