What we collect

If you use the contact form, we receive the details you type into it: your name, email, telephone number, profession, where you are in the process, and your message. The site may also keep basic technical information, such as your browser type and the pages you visit.

How we use it

We use what you send only to reply to you and to decide whether we can help. We do not sell it or share it with advertisers.

Who can see it

Your message is seen by the lawyers and staff of the firm. It passes through the service that delivers the form and the email system we use, both of which keep it confidential. We disclose it to others only if the law requires.

How long we keep it

If we do not take your matter, we keep your message for as long as the law and our professional duties require, then delete it. Matters we take are kept under the retention rules for client files.

Your choices
